This is your inside look at what we’re building, what’s launching soon, and what’s on the horizon. Everything here is guided by one simple goal: to make organizing and participating in community events easier, more inclusive, and more fun.

We envision a world where anyone — from a first-time organizer to a seasoned league manager — can create meaningful connections through recreational activities. By 2034, Gametime Hero will be the most popular activity-planning app in the U.S., supporting millions of users across sports, games, hobbies, and communities.

🧭 Product Strategy

Our strategy focuses on:

• Empowering beginner and small-scale organizers with easy-to-use, all-in-one tools.

• Helping newcomers to cities, sports, or communities connect with others through events.

• Providing robust features that scale with users’ growth — from casual pickup games to full leagues and tournaments.

• Expanding through grassroots marketing, community ambassadors, and city-by-city rollouts.

We’re starting in Seattle and Minneapolis, focusing on Pickleball, Soccer, Board Games & Strategy Games, Tennis, and Ice Hockey.

We’re focused on supporting two core user groups:

  1. Organizers of small or medium-sized events who are currently juggling multiple tools for scheduling, payments, communication, and registration

  2. Participants who are new to the area, new to a sport/activity, or just looking to expand their social circle


We aim to bridge the gap between organizers and participants with smart tools and community-focused design.

We’ve explored similar tools like Meetup, TeamReach, Playpass, Team Cowboy, and OpenSports, and found that many lack:

• Beginner-friendly onboarding for organizers

• All-in-one solutions (payments + scheduling + comms)

• Custom tools for niche community sports like Pickleball or Tabletop gaming

• A focus on real-life connection vs. just listing events

This gap is where Gametime Hero shines.
