Eventbrite alternative

Sell tickets and run everything around them

Eventbrite sells tickets to one event at a time. Gametime Hero runs the whole organization behind them: events, registration forms, memberships, payments and your own website, all connected, with no flat fee stacked on every ticket.

Why organizers switch

Your attendees aren't one-time ticket buyers

No flat fee on every ticket

Eventbrite adds $1.79 to every paid ticket on top of 3.7%. Our fee is a small percentage, so a $10 drop-in costs less to run.

Turn buyers into members

Memberships, dues, rosters and a community page live next to your events, so the people who come once can join, renew and come back.

Your brand, your website

Build your organization's site with your events, forms and sign-ups already on it. Custom domain on Pro.

    The honest version

    Who should pick which

We're biased, but we'd rather you pick the right tool than switch twice.

    Stay with Eventbrite if…

    • You sell to people who have never heard of you and rely on Eventbrite's marketplace to find them.
    • You run one big public event a year and need nothing else around it.
    • Your events are free and you only need an RSVP list.

    Pick Gametime Hero if…

    • The same people come back: classes, leagues, clubs, meetups or memberships.
    • You want tickets, sign-up forms, waivers, dues and your website in one place.
    • Your tickets are small ($10 to $30) and the flat per-ticket fee hurts.
    • You want a human to help you set it up.
All-in-one, but only if you want it

Keep what works. Replace only what doesn't.

You don't have to move everything. Start with the one piece Eventbrite isn't doing well for you.

Just Event tickets. Turn on the rest whenever you want, on the same account.
