On small payments, yes. Spond's US fee is 3.29% + $1.00 per transaction. Gametime Hero Basic is 3.5% plus Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢: cheaper below about $22.50 ($1.58 versus $1.66 on $20). On Pro it is cheaper up to about $41. Above that, Spond's percentage is lower; the difference is the website, registration and tournaments you get here.
